Is there anything to worry about if you are seeing blue in meditation? The first thing you should know is that it is a great thing that you are seeing these colors. We recommend that you calm down, continue meditating, and enjoy the feeling, calmness, and the lights.

Seeing blue, or any other color for that matter, during meditation, is all related to meditation. It simply shows that energy is trying to find new pathways. When you see this light, blockages are being cleared and any damage that was caused by living in an unconscious mind is being averted.

What does it mean when you see blue when meditating?

So, what do blue lights mean in meditation? You should know that this is a very honorable color. It is associated with responsibility, loyalty, and trust. It is a color that is associated with the start of a new organization and order in your life. That then translates to relaxation as well as reduction of anxiety and stress.

Is that all? Well, no. When you see a blue light ball or an energy form, or a blue manifested in any way, chances are that the throat chakra is healing. We have a total of seven chakras in different parts of our bodies. Each of these chakras has different functionality and different color to represent it. The throat chakra, which is the fifth chakra, is associated with blue.

The throat chakra is associated with the ability of a person to express him or herself. It affects your ability to speak your truth and express yourself.

If the throat chakra is misaligned or thrown out of balance, there are chances that you might experience problems such as subtle pains in your neck, sore throats, and any other problems.

Hello! It’s wonderful that you’ve been practicing meditation for over 20 years. Experiencing flashes of light during meditation is not uncommon, and people may interpret these experiences in different ways. While some traditions emphasize specific colors, it’s essential to remember that individual experiences can vary, and there’s no one-size-fits-all approach to meditation.

In many meditation traditions, the focus on specific colors, such as golden yellow, is often used as a form of visualization or concentration technique to help still the mind. If you’ve been advised to concentrate on golden yellow in front of your forehead, you can certainly continue with that practice if it resonates with you and brings a sense of calm and focus.

However, the appearance of blue and purple lights during meditation can also be seen as positive experiences. Some spiritual traditions associate these colors with higher states of consciousness, intuition, and spiritual insight. It’s essential to approach these experiences with an open mind and not necessarily view them as right or wrong.

If you’re unsure or have concerns, it might be helpful to consult with a meditation teacher, spiritual guide, or experienced practitioner who can provide personalized guidance based on your specific experiences and beliefs. They can offer insights and suggestions that align with your personal spiritual journey.

Remember, meditation is a deeply personal practice, and there are various approaches. Trust your intuition and choose a method that feels right for you. If the colors you’re experiencing bring a sense of peace and connection, they may be valuable elements of your meditation journey.
