There are several documentations of long unbroken meditation. In 1892, on December 24th, Vivekananda took to Kanyakumari. He sat on a rock and began meditating. This meditation went on for around three days, after which he came to an important realization.

After this long meditation, he had decided to live his life in service to humanity.

What is the longest documented time of a meditating session? This is one of the longest documented times of meditation. It is also believed that on 4th July 1902, on the day of his death, he had a long meditation time.

Note: Meditation sessions are not talked about. There might be more who have gone for longer, even though their experiences are not documented.
